A Top Tier Investment Bank, based in London, are recruiting for a Digital Accessibility SME to join their Digital Customer Engagement team, who are responsible for setting the Digital Standards for the Bank both on design and customer experience.
The Digital Accessibility SME will be expected to work with all Global Functions of the Bank and cover all of the customer touch points from the public website through to transaction internet banking and channels. These will cover, but not limited to, desktop, mobile/tablet, app and ATM.
Key Skills to be successful:
- Extensive knowledge of accessibility
- Knowledge of assisted technology e.g. Screen Reader, Dragon, Zoom and Colour contrast
- Provided hands on accessibility support
- Good Stakeholder management
